seven days of initial advertisement appearing on the Home-forsale
website and no remedy can be found by Home-forsale then advertiser will be
entitled to a full refund of any monies paid. Advertiser must notify
Home-forsale by certified mail that a problem exists postmarked prior to the seven
day period expiring. Home-forsale has the right to remedy the problem
within a reasonable period of time. If no remedy can be found then
Home-forsale will remove the advert and make a full refund
